Meet Katie Giacomini, the Co-Owner and Events Manager at Flows.  Katie began her foundational journey in the vibrant heart of New York City, pursuing her college education in one of the world’s most bustling and diverse environments. This experience not only shaped her professional outlook but also ignited her passion for creating memorable experiences, and client relationships.
 
After graduating, Katie spent 17 impactful years navigating the complexities of corporate America. During this time, she honed her skills in business operations, project management, and customer relations, developing a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. 

In a bold leap towards her entrepreneurial aspirations, Katie partnered with her sister to launch Flows, an interior design studio and boutique venue that embodies their shared vision of elegance and personalized service.

Whether it’s a wedding, corporate gathering, or private celebration, she ensures each event executes flawlessly, leaving a lasting impression on guests. Ali Marie, Junior Designer

Meet Ali Johnson, our talented junior Interior Designer with an incredible eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful spaces. Self-taught in AutoCAD, Ali’s ability to bring visions to life through design is truly unparalleled.

Not only is she a master at transforming blank canvases into stunning interiors, but Ali is also a great person to work with. Her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to collaborate with others make her a valuable asset to any project.

Patrick Peraza, Operations Manager

Meet Patrick Peraza, our operations manager, delivery guy, and coordinator installs. With a keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving, Patrick ensures that everything runs smoothly both in the studio and at our clients’ homes. From overseeing logistics to managing inventory, he is the backbone of our operations.

But that’s not all, Patrick also excels in window covering measures, ensuring that each installation is done to perfection. His dedication to his work and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable member of our team.

When he’s not busy coordinating deliveries or installing furniture, you can find Patrick going above and beyond to exceed our clients’ expectations. With exceptional organizational skills, he truly is a jack-of-all-trades.
